If you have been at a one of a kind craft fair in either Thorold or Marshville, you may have seen Bev with her unique teddy bears. Bev is a designer with “Outside In and Bears 4U” in Niagara Falls. Being in the public eye is
something Bev has been comfortably doing for many years. She loves to laugh and enjoy the interaction with all aspects of life. There has been one little niggly thing that has held her back, a self consciousness that she didn’t feel her smile was pleasing to look at. She consulted with Dr. Pekar and his ‘designers’. A trial smile was created using bonding materials and refined until it became Bev’s own smile. Finally both Dr. Pekar and Bev were confident that not only would Bev have an attractive smile, but she would also have a stable bite with a long term ability to chew whatever foods she wishes. Bev participated in our lab technician training program “Ceramic in the Vineyards”. Several of her crowns were created in a 24 hour exercise amongst some of the top technicians in the program. The remainder of Bev’s smile was completed implementing the computer designed smile that best suited her. It is always a joy for Dr. Pekar and his team to see someone regain their sense of assuredness and confidence when their treatment is
completed. The joy of living every day beams through Bev in a radiant and all embracing smile.
